The Business Challenge
As the Client’s business began to grow and gain more computer users, they needed some assistance in keeping their systems running smoothly and providing help desk support. They initially hired an IT person to perform those functions. They came to realize that one person cannot know and do everything.
The Solution
The Client began using Managed Services and utilizing a variety of network maintenance and monitoring services, security and software updates, and unlimited help desk support for approximately 100 computer users.
